ABSURD AMOUNTS OF LOVE

I couldn't have made it through cancer quarantine without context, ritual and cohesion. The months before implementing this felt endless, days had no names, I was disoriented all the time. And the time lost meaning and felt SO freaking long, then short. This routine got me out of the woods.

I found that purposeful planning removed the feeling of always scrambling for the next activity. Monotony is minimized by structuring future (planning); present (executing the plan) and past (reflecting on a cohesive accomplishment). Here's an outline of four key ways we found stay-at-home structure.

Wishing you well! 💜💪
